I can't say enough about how positive this experience was with Mailey. We were crunched for time in preparing a fashion show in NYC, and Mailey came through with flying colors. She was very detailed in preparing the models' looks and always followed up punctually with all communications. The day of the event she arrived early and ensured that everything was ready. I have honestly never felt more beautiful than when Mailey did my bridal hair and makeup. After our trial, I don’t think I stressed for a second about the way that I would look on my wedding day. She brought such good energy with her and she was a delight to have around. She gave me a naturally glamorous look (so I still looked like me, but better), and my curled hair (and extensions) lasted all night, and well into the morning! Hi,
I’m Mailey. I’m originally from Wisconsin and now live in Virginia. I have a BFA from George Mason University with a focus in costume, hair, and makeup design.
I spent several years in New York City working on Broadway and in film and television. My projects included The Greatest Showman starring Hugh Jackman, Younger starring Hillary Duff, and A Bronx Tale directed by Robert De Niro.
Because of my formal training and industry experience, I’m able to handle the challenges of any wedding day. Complications often occur on the big day, and they must be handled proficiently whether they are in the form of accelerated time lines, bad weather, or last minute wardrobe adjustments.
You get one shot at looking your best for your wedding. The stakes couldn’t be higher. I’ve personally worked over one hundred weddings and ensured that each bride and bridesmaid was absolutely glamorous. If you’re looking for excellence and experience, look no further.
